It should be noted that our products are hand-painted / handcrafted by the artisans. Hence, there is a possibility of slight variations in color or designs. The asymmetry present in handmade product makes it truly unique and beautiful. Hence, slight variation in two copies of the product should be expected.

We do not warrant or guarantee that product description or colors of the products or other content is accurate, complete, reliable and error-free. Especially with the products’ colors – as calibrations and screen displays of monitors or various devices may differ and may not provide accurate information.

Hand Painted Products are not dishwasher safe. Due to extreme temperatures and high water pressures in commercial dishwashers and harsh chemicals in dishwashing detergents, Solana does not warrant hand painted products for dishwasher use. Hand washing is recommended in order to preserve the beauty and longevity of these products.

Glassware is safe to put in freezer for short periods of time; however, it is not designed for freezing and storing foods in the freezer.

Never put product in microwave. Never put product in oven or broiler. Never expose glassware to a direct flame. Never pour boiling oil or water directly onto product.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us within 72 hours of delivery at mexicomartin@gmail.com with your order number, name, phone number, postal address, a photograph of your item and a description of the damage or fault. On receipt of the damaged or faulty item, together with your order number, name, phone number and postal address, and where we are satisfied with a legitimate claim, we will reimburse you with store credit, equal to the price of the damaged or faulty goods. If we’re not satisfied that your claim is legitimate, we will contact you to discuss the matter and resolve the outstanding issues in accordance with these terms.

All of our products are 100% “Hecho en Mexico!” and are handmade to order so please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. A minimum of $65 shipping and handling fees will be added to every international purchase. 16% IVA will be added to purchases in Mexico. All prices are in US dollars.
